Confirmation European / World Championships 2026

Dear athletes, supporters, and parents,

In our previous newsletter and in an email sent just before the Christmas holidays, we asked the athletes who were selected for the European and/or World Championships to confirm their participation.

The deadline is now very close.
Please confirm your participation no later than Sunday, 11 January.

Confirmation must be sent to:

  • jarne@belgianocr.be
  • leyla@belgianocr.be

Why is timely confirmation important?

If a selected athlete is unable to participate in one or both championships, this allows us to:

  • let an athlete from the reserve list move up, and
  • allow that athlete to still benefit from the early bird registration rate.

Thank you for taking care of this in time, so that the further organisation can run smoothly.

General Assembly

Update General Assembly: location confirmed

As previously announced, we would like to invite you to our General Assembly on Saturday, 31 January 2026.

We can now confirm the location:
Sint-Martinusscholen Middenschool te Asse

Parking can found here.

Practical information – attendance & timing

Everyone is welcome from 17:00.
The meeting will start promptly at 17:30.

We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time so that we can start smoothly.

To organise everything practically, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible via the form:

  • whether you will be present
  • and whether you will stay for dinner or not

Confirmation can be done via the attendance form.
